Share Access to Your Facebook Groups Data with Team Members

Do you need to coordinate teamwork? Do you need to share your group statistics and data? Do you want to invite your team members to manage your Facebook group(s) with you?

You can invite your team members to access your group(s). They can view KPIs and analytics, benchmark groups, download reports, search in the group, use tags to manage posts, export data … without necessarily being admins. They can use the Publishing Tool to publish a post if they are admins.

To be able to share access, you need to subscribe to the Pro, Enterprise or Global plan.

  • With the Pro subscription, you can invite 2 team members.
  • With the Enterprise subscription, you can invite 5 team members.
  • With the Global subscription, you can invite 9 team members.

Invite a team member to access your group(s)

In My team members, click Invite at the top-right corner of “Your team members”.

You can invite anyone who has a Grytics account. They can create an account for free. You have to specify your team member’s Grytics account email address. Choose the groups this member can access. Click Invite.

Manage team members access to your group(s)

You can view your team members name, email and groups shared in My team members.

In the “Actions” column of “Your team members”, click the “Edit member” button to edit a team member’s access to your groups.
