Here is how you can get data in one click: 

Click “Export all content in Excel” in the hover menu.

You will get a zip file. It contains the posts list, comments list.

Get Facebook Groups Key Statistics Excel Lists

1. Get one list of key statistics for all your groups

  • Click on a photo to select a group. (Click again to unselect).
  • Choose “Get key stats in Xlsx” from the list in the top-left corner. Click “Apply”.
  • Choose your date range. Click “Export”.

2. Get a list of key statistics and evolution of the last 7 days for one group

Choose one group from the dashboard.

In “Overview” and “Weekly Summary”, click “Export in xlsx” in the top-right corner.

Get Facebook Groups Metrics Comparison Excel Lists

Choose one group from the dashboard.

Click “Compare”. Choose the first and second period. Click “GO”.

Click “Download in CSV” in the top-right corner to get the list.

You can click “Change Dates” in the top-right corner to select another 2 periods.

Get Facebook Groups Posts Excel Lists

1. Get posts of all your groups, in separate lists per group and in one list for all

  • Click on a photo to select a group. (Click again to unselect).
  • Choose “Get posts in Xlsx” from the list in the top-left corner. Click “Apply”.
  • Click “Get all in one zip” or “Get all in one xlsx”.

2. Get a posts list for one group

Choose one group from the dashboard.

Click “Posts & Comments” and “Posts & Comments List”. Click “Export posts” in the top-right corner.

3. Get custom posts lists

You can add tags to your posts and export your custom posts lists, like for all the posts related to a topic, question…

Get Facebook Groups Comments Excel Lists

1. Get comments of all your groups, in separate lists per group and in one list for all

  • Click on a photo to select a group. (Click again to unselect).
  • Choose “Get comments in Xlsx” from the list in the top-left corner. Click “Apply”.
  • Click “Get all in one zip” or “Get all in one xlsx”.

2. Get a comments list for one group

Choose one group from the dashboard.

Click “Posts & Comments” and “Posts & Comments List”. Click “Export comments” in the top-right corner.
