Here is how you can easily manage, analyze, and archive albums & photos:

1. Choose one group

2. Find top albums

After selecting a group, click “Albums & Photos” and “Albums Statistics”.

View top albums, most reacted albums, most commented albums, and their engagement score.

Click on an album to view it on Facebook.

3. Get albums insights: interactions on albums, albums locations, and albums activity

After selecting a group, click “Albums & Photos” and “Albums Statistics”. Scroll down.

Click the button on the top-right corner of a chart to print and download it.

View the albums activity by month, day, and hour.

4. Find top photos

After selecting a group, click “Albums & Photos” and “Photos Statistics”.

Click on a photo to view it on Facebook.

6. View albums list and archive data

After selecting a group, click “Albums & Photos” and “Albums List”.

View albums, creation date, photo number, and statistics (reactions, comments, and engagement score).

Click on the name of an album to view it on Facebook.

In the Actions column, click the “view” button to see photos statistics. Click the “location” button to view all locations.

Click “Export Albums” button in the top right corner to archive albums data in Excel.

7. Analyze photos, archive data, and download photos

After selecting a group, click “Albums & Photos” and “Photos List”.

View photos, album name, creation date, and statistics (reactions, comments, and engagement score).

In the Actions column, click the button to view a photo in full width.

Click the “album” button in the top right corner to select an album. Click the “sort” button to sort photos by creation date, engagement, reactions count, and comments count.

Click “Export photos” button in the top right corner to archive photos data in Excel.
